Winter Door-to-Door Marketer – Student Position (January–April / August)

Job Type: Part-Time, Seasonal (January–April or January–August)

Hours: Flexible Part-Time

Compensation: $18+/hour OR Commission Pay + Performance Bonuses

Vehicle Access: Required

About the Role

Join a motivated, high-energy student team this winter as a Door-to-Door Marketer with Student Painters.

This role is perfect for students who are confident, resilient, and love talking to people. You'll be the first point of contact with homeowners, generating leads for our painting division and building real-world sales and communication skills.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that develops confidence, discipline, and professional sales experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Door-to-door neighbourhood marketing
  • Speaking with homeowners and generating qualified leads
  • Explaining our services and setting expectations for follow-up calls
  • Working independently and in small teams
  • Representing the company professionally in the community

Requirements

  • Part-time availability January–April (option to continue until August)
