Project Manager

Determine and define project scope and objectives Predict resources needed to reach objec-tives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Track project costs in order to meet budget Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Provide project updates on a con-sistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Manage con-tracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected delivera-bles Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project exe-cution Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Lead strategic transformation initiatives leveraging the Guidewire Insurance Suite platform. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and optimizations that align with business goals and drive operational excellence for PC insurers. Lead Cross-Functional Programs Manage the end-to-end execution of complex pro-grams involving multiple teams and stakeholders. Strategic Planning Develop detailed pro-gram plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Stakeholder En-gagement Serve as the primary liaison for program communications, providing clear updates to leadership and stakeholders. Risk Management Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery. Performance Monitoring Establish KPIs and track progress to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous improve-ment. Agile Facilitation Apply Guidewires agile methodologies to facilitate planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives. Technical Collaboration Work closely with engineering and prod-uct teams to align technical execution with business goals. Executive Reporting Present pro-gram insights and recommendations to senior leadership, demonstrating clarity and influence.
