What You'll Do

As the Bulk Truck Operator, you will be responsible for loading, delivering, and unloading bulk products and packages as required. Other duties will include:

  • Responsible for the safe and reliable preparation and delivery of products (bulk and packaged) to the customer.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE Performance Standards, as well as applicable acts and regulations.
  • Determine the product mix, contract specifications and output volume for the day.
  • Provide safe and effective operation of fleet and plant equipment
  • Prepare requested product that is consistently mixed and blended within contracted specifications, regularly testing for quality control, and delivering product to the blasting pattern in a safe and timely manner.
  • Load blasting holes in a manner which is safe, timely and provides optimum product performance
  • Compliance with quality standards for operating the plant, receiving feedstock, blending correct ratios of raw materials, calibrating instruments, maintaining quality control, recording complete and accurate information and delivering product.
  • Upkeep and maintain plant and office facilities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Completion of High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2 years of mechanical, commercial driving, or related work experience preferred
  • Class 3 Driver's License or AZ, DZ required with clean drivers abstract
  • Previous explosives and/or mining experience a plus.
  • Ability to work a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
