Role Description

This is a full-time, remote volunteer role for a Social Media Marketing Student based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.
This unpaid position is intended for students seeking to build practical experience and skills.
The individual will develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance the Americano Newsletter's online presence.
As a not-for-profit initiative without current revenue
, Americano provides a valuable opportunity to create and curate engaging content, analyze analytics to refine strategies, collaborate across departments, and actively engage with the online community to promote the brand—all while gaining hands-on marketing experience in a real-world setting.

What You'll Do

  • Develop engaging, brand-aligned content for Instagram and other digital platforms, demonstrating strong communication and creativity skills.
  • Apply marketing and sales strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive audience growth, and increase interaction.
  • Use analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and develop data-driven strategies for improvement.
  • Stay informed and show a keen interest in social media trends and industry best practices.
