Job SummaryWe are currently recruiting for a dynamic and talented Experience Coordinator with exceptional people skills to join our events team. As the Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the events.
Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Experience Coordinator, we'd ask you to do the following for us:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, associates and suppliers.
- Ensure functions are planned and prepared, successfully carried-out and financially sound.
- Ensure specifications and requests of each activation and event are communicated and executed down the channel effectively.
- Identify and resolve event issues to minimize complications.
- Managing campus events and planning.
- Managing campus budget.
- Collaborate with experience coordinators across the board.
- Support marketing and promotion for campus activations.
- Gather feedback insight from executed events
- Perform light cleaning duties and replenishing supplies.
- Campus events and programming
- E.g., wellness programming, games tournaments, paint and sip
- Support marketing, advertising, and promotion of spaces
- Multi-purpose space bookings and coordination
- LOB (line of business) event support
- Gather feedback/insights through the development and delivery of feedback and consolidation on anecdotal feedback from the Concierge
- Monitor policies, procedures, and protocols
- Liaise with ERE, FM, and other key stakeholders
- Conduct weekly, monthly and/or quarterly meetings to improve utilization
- Collaboration with onsite concierges
- Other activities as assigned

- Strong catering industry experience working within hotels or catering companies
- Strong hands on and planning experience of the event planning process
- Well-rounded at all stages of: Client Management, Planning, Execution, Closure & Follow up)
- Customer focused: a friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effectively manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships and work cooperatively with team members
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing work priorities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Must have valid driver's license and vehicle to commute between work sites
