Job Overview

As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service in the food industry setting. This position requires a blend of leadership skills and industry knowledge to drive team performance and maintain high standards.

Duties

- Supervise and motivate team members during shifts

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards

- Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations

- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Assist in training new employees

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant environment

Skills

- Experience in food service or hospitality industry

- Proficiency in cash handling procedures

- Knowledge of food safety practices

- Strong supervisory skills to lead a team effectively

- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation processes

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting
