Hardware Installation & Maintenance

  • Install PCs, Kiosk PCs, monitors, printers/copiers, and digital signage.
  • Record printer/copier serials and update admin credentials.
  • Manage asset inventory, warranty tracking, and lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain company vehicle inventory of tools, cables, and hardware.

  • Troubleshoot WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi or ISP connectivity issues.
  • Diagnose and replace faulty hardware.
  • Resolve Cradlepoint or Starlink failover issues.
  • Support printer/copier configuration and documentation.

  • Use ITSM tools to track tickets and updates.
  • Follow Infrastructure standards, change management, and security policies.
  • Support the improvement of site visit checklists and SOPs.

  • 1–3 years of IT support, site support, field service, or infrastructure experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with hardware installation, cabling, and networking equipment.
  • Knowledge of IP addressing, DHCP, VLANs, switches, Wi-Fi, and VPN concepts.
  • Experience with ISP hardware, Cradlepoint devices, or LTE/5G failover setups.
