Bookkeeper - Part Time

Responsibilities:
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including maintaining financial records and preparing financial reports
- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Complete bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks to manage financial data
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to all relevant regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Sage and QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or issues
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and procedures
- Knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
