Lethe is a Toronto-based women's wear designer brand focused on refined essentials and effortless modern wear. We are seeking a creative and reliable 
Part-Time Social Media Content Creator
 to support our growing brand and expand our storytelling across digital platforms.

This role blends 
content ideation, creative direction, and production
. You will collaborate closely with the founder on weekly content planning, and independently handle end-to-end execution—from sourcing models and locations, to filming, editing, copywriting, and scheduling.

About the Role

  • Weekly Hours
    : 6–12 hours per week
  • Rate
    : $21–24 CAD/hour
  • Engagement
    : Part-time / Ongoing Contract
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Remote-First)
  • Majority of work can be done remotely
  • Occasional in-person sessions in Toronto required for shoot days or creative direction meetings

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in small-brand environments, enjoys creative autonomy, and understands lifestyle/fashion content with a soft, minimal, contemporary aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Planning

  • Work closely with the founder to brainstorm weekly content themes, storylines, and visuals
  • Translate brand direction into actionable content plans and shot lists
  • Research social trends, audio, and formats relevant to Lethe's aesthetic

Production

  • Independently coordinate and execute planned shoots
  • Source models (paid or TFP, depending on brief)
  • Find suitable locations (indoor lifestyle, cafes, studios, outdoor scenes)
  • Capture photos and videos using camera or smartphone aligned with Lethe's visual identity
  • Ensure consistent lighting, composition, and styling during shoots

Post-Production

  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok) with clean transitions and on-brand typography
  • Retouch photos for Instagram, website, and other marketing needs

Publishing & Optimization

  • Write clean, minimal captions
  • Schedule posts across Instagram/TikTok
  • Maintain visual consistency on feed

Requirements

  • content creation experience (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, beauty)
  • Skilled in video editing and photo retouching (CapCut, Lightroom, VSCO, Photoshop Mobile/Canva)
  • Strong visual sense: aesthetics, styling, colour palettes, composition
  • Ability to plan, shoot, and deliver end-to-end content independently
  • Comfortable directing simple shoots with models
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and short-form content strategy

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in fashion production or creative direction
  • Experience with UGC-style shooting mixed with premium aesthetic content
  • Ability to create both studio-like shots & candid lifestyle videos
  • Interest in women's wear, minimal design, and contemporary styling
