At Poka, we're transforming how frontline teams operate, learn, and solve problems.
Our connected worker platform is purpose-built for manufacturing, empowering frontline workers to share knowledge, collaborate in real-time, and drive continuous improvement. Think of it as the missing digital link, bringing the human interface into the stack of the Smart Factory, generating the right data and insights that drive entirely new scales of process improvements.
We're proud to support global leaders like Nestlé, Bosch, Mars, and Danone in their digital transformation journeys and as part of the IFS family, our reach and impact continue to grow globally.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role as an ambassador for Poka, being the first point of contact for the candidates who apply and whom you source. Your role will involve supporting and collaborating with managers in all departments on a daily basis, across different countries across North America.
To be successful in our team, you need to be autonomous and proactive.
What you'll be responsible for:

- Actively seeking out candidates via LinkedIn, initiating contact, and conducting initial interviews.
- Publishing job descriptions and managing CVs within our ATS (Greenhouse).
- Delivering a positive and personalized candidate experience.
- Participating in manager interviews and implementing best practices for interviews.
- Employing creative ideas and strategies to attract talent through our social networks and enhance our external employee experience.
- Spearheading the development of partnerships with schools and various organizations, as well as organizing and participating in various recruitment events.
- Collaborating on continuous improvement projects with other members of the Human Resources team when recruitment is slower.
What you bring to the table:
- Proven experience in proactive recruitment within a growing organization.
- You are tech savvy and comfortable with Ai tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, as regular candidate interviews will be conducted in English and French.
- Adaptability to a rapidly evolving environment.
- A sense of urgency and proactive mindset.
- Strong judgment and emotional intelligence.
What we offer:
- Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- A generous vacation policy starting on your first day.
- Hybrid work policy - Work from the office one day a week if you live within a 40km radius to our Quebec City office or a 15 km radius to our Montreal office.
