Based in Montreal and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist, the Talent Acquisition Advisor independently manages recruitment mandates and acts as a true strategic partner to hiring managers.
Their role is essential in attracting, assessing, and selecting top talent to support the company's growth.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from needs analysis to the onboarding of new employees.
  • Conduct sourcing activities to attract top candidates for various roles.
  • Develop and implement innovative search strategies to identify and engage both active and passive talent.
  • Advise and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, acting as an expert and strategic partner.
  • Promote and apply best practices in assessment, selection, and candidate experience to ensure a smooth, fair, and efficient process.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of overall talent acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
  • At least two to three years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ease working with an Applicant Tracking System (Dayforce is an asset).
  • Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
