Overview:

Duties

  • Serve customers while providing an educational wine tasting experience.
  • Provide tastings comfortably for large tour groups.
  • Oversee the wine retail store.
  • Stock cases of wine from the basement cellar to the retail store.
  • Keeping up with cleanliness and organization of the retail store.
  • Keep consistent communication with the Manager for any store needs, such as inventory management, ordering and supplies.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with social media platforms, creating engaging content to connect with target audiences across digital channels.
  • Assist Marketing Manager with promotional materials, digital content, and branding assets.

Skills

  • Smart Serve certified.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and proficient task management.
  • Strong product management capabilities with an understanding of the beverage or wine industry.
  • Interest in branding, photography and social media skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for public relations.
  • Strategic planning abilities coupled with sales acumen to drive brand growth effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
