As we continue to grow, we are recruiting a full time, permanent Client Care Liaison to join our team. This role is central to the client journey at LifespanMD and supports every stage of the client experience from first contact to care coordination.

Because client experience and continuity are foundational to our model, we are looking for someone who is genuinely excited about a long term position with us for years to come.

The successful candidate will work alongside Kathleen and Tammy to support smooth scheduling, timely communication, and an organized flow through all clinical services both within the clinic and with external partners.

This position requires strong attention to detail, a client focused mindset, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with our multidisciplinary team. The Client Care Liaison ensures that every interaction feels welcoming, supportive, and efficient.
