About the position

We're looking for an experienced, dynamic Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, mentor our talented team, and ensure our clients meet regulatory and compliance requirements. In this role, you'll oversee all stages of the audit process, manage client relationships, and bring your expertise to complex, multi-industry engagements. You'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that values professional growth, exposure to North American and global clients, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Do


• Lead, coordinate, and review multiple audit engagements from planning to completion.


• Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of 5–7 audit professionals.


• Manage daily audit operations and client communications.


• Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and other applicable standards.


• Ensure all audits meet internal quality controls and deadlines.


• Utilize CaseWare and other relevant audit software effectively.


• Contribute to risk assessment, internal control evaluation, and process improvement recommendations.

What You Bring


• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (advanced training preferred).


• 10+ years of progressive audit experience, including prior tenure with a major accounting firm (Big 4 or Big 6).


• CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent designation (local or international) is a strong asset.


• Solid technical expertise in IFRS and US GAAP.


• Proven analytical skills in risk assessment and financial analysis.


• Strong leadership and people management skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.


• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.


• Tech-savvy, with a commitment to using tools to enhance efficiency.


• Eligible to work in Canada.
