  • Partner closely with Segment Finance Leaders to ensure accuracy, alignment, and timeliness of monthly results and forecasts.

Quarterly Earnings Preparation

  • Support the CEO and CFO in preparing for quarterly earnings releases, investor calls, and analyst interactions.
  • Develop key messages, financial highlights, and supporting analyses that align internal performance with external disclosure.
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations and Communications to ensure a consistent and compelling external narrative.

Quarterly and Board Reporting

  • Lead the consolidation of quarterly reporting highlights and performance narratives for executive and board materials.
  • Develop clear, visual summaries that connect operational outcomes to CMG's financial and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate preparation of materials for Board of Directors meetings in partnership with the CFO and finance leadership team.

KPI Consistency and Communication

  • Establish and maintain consistency of key financial and operational metrics across reporting and forecasting.
  • Work with business unit and segment finance leaders to ensure that key performance indicators are clearly communicated, understood, and actioned by the CFO and CEO.
  • Partner with leaders to define, measure, and communicate KPIs that best represent business health and strategic progress.

Financial Literacy and Leadership Training

  • Design and deliver a Finance Bootcamp and case study program for internal leaders to strengthen understanding of financial metrics and business performance.
  • Translate financial data into actionable insights that improve decision-making and alignment across teams.

Investment Performance Tracking

  • Maintain and enhance CMG's investment performance tracker, monitoring ROI, IRR, and payback across major initiatives and acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with business and integration teams to evaluate post-investment results and share insights with executive leadership.

Strategic and Ad Hoc Analysis

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling to support CFO, CEO, and Board-level decision-making.
  • Support strategic finance initiatives tied to forecasting accuracy, capital allocation, and M&A performance.

Note: This description reflects the general nature of the role. It's not a complete list of responsibilities—we believe in flexibility, initiative, and growing together.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting, ideally in a global or technology-focused environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in forecasting, performance reporting, and financial modeling.
  • A balance of analytical depth and storytelling — you can take complex data and craft a clear, compelling narrative for senior audiences.
  • Experience preparing board and earnings materials for executive and board-level presentations in a public company setting.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Workiva, NetSuite, or Power BI is an asset.
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA designation preferred.
