Do you love food & beverage and have a passion for extraordinary customer service? Then look no further Marine Drive Golf Club is currently seeking positive, engaging and motivated Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. Both Full-Time and Part-time positions are available.

Our beautiful Tudor-style clubhouse and welcoming membership have a long tradition of hosting fun and memorable dining events. Our Servers play a key role in elevating events and dining experiences and in developing meaningful connections with our members.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

• Warmly welcome and engage with members and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. 
• Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring clear communication and attention to special requests or dietary restrictions. 
• Serve food and beverages promptly, professionally, and courteously, maintaining a high standard of hospitality. 
• Stay knowledgeable about the full menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and beverage offerings, to make recommendations and answer guest inquiries. 
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized service station, ensuring sufficient supplies of cutlery, linens, condiments, and other essentials. 
• Provide exceptional service that aligns with the club's high standards, catering to members' and guests' needs with professionalism and discretion. 
• Collaborate effectively with teammates, offering assistance when needed to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. 
• Follow instructions from supervisors, proactively handling assigned duties and responding to spontaneous requests with flexibility and efficiency. 
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS 

• At least 1 year of Front of House Serving and/or Banquet experience 
• Team players who are friendly, positive, and reliable
• Must be able to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs regularly
• Ability to lift trays of food or food items up to 30 lbs occasionally 
• Valid Serving it Right Certification 
• Ability to reliably commute to the Club
