Your New Role

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer to design, enhance, and support enterprise solutions with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role involves hands-on development, integrations, and automation to drive digital transformation while ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.

What You Need to Do

  • Develop and implement secure, scalable architectures across ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms.
  • Build and maintain APIs and middleware for seamless data exchange between D365 and other systems.
  • Develop and customize solutions using .NET (C#, VB.NET), Power Platform, and D365 tools.
  • Explore AI-driven automation and predictive analytics to optimize business processes.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and SSRS.
  • Support data modeling and analytics initiatives.
  • Apply security-by-design principles and ensure adherence to data privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions.
  • Manage incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform.
  • Deliver user training and enablement sessions.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in business systems development with strong Dynamics 365 expertise, specifically in
    Finance and Operations.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform, Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET development (C#, VB.NET) and GP tooling.
  • Skilled in system integrations, performance optimization, and production-grade solutions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
