Team Lead Recruitment @ Epsilon Solutions Ltd. | Full-life Cycle Recruiting Role Name: MS Dynamics Architect Location: Toronto Duration: Contract Job Description: Minimum 12 to 14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE CRM with strong technical and client‑facing skills. Technical Skills Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Sales Service; knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products. Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment. Design components in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment with proficiency in middleware tools, preferably Mulesoft. Experience with Dynamics 365 online/on‑premise implementations and prior versions. Provide highly available, scalable Dynamics 365 integration architecture on Azure. Hands‑on experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, developer toolkit, SSRS. Subject‑matter knowledge in integration architecture and ability to map integration patterns to functional usage. Experience with MS CRM 3rd‑party integration using middleware tools, APIs, REST, OData, Web APIs, SSIS packages. Experience using Azure services for integration: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, etc.; PCF controls, Power Apps, Power Automate for upstream/downstream system integrations. Data migration, analysis, mapping, harmonization using OOB and third‑party tools; preferable experience with Azure Data Factory. Reporting architecture expertise with SSRS and knowledge of Power BI. Additional knowledge of latest Dynamics 365 platform features such as Sales Insights, Customer Service Insights, Customer Voice, etc. Effective management of cloud platform resources, security models, and connectivity for CRM systems. Technical expertise in setting up DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools. Exposure to driving information‑management strategy design and deployment on cloud platforms, preferably on web services, global infrastructure, and services. Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with a CCaaS platform like Genesys, NICE, or Talk Desk. Delivery and Leadership Skills Lead technical workshops with business and technology partners to design and develop architecture solutions. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Independent, solution‑driven thinker. Accountable for solution delivery and technical leadership. Lead technical efforts for pre‑sales engagements and contribute to building niche solutions (POCs). Advocate best practices to develop scalable solutions aligned with product roadmaps through supported and upgradable customizations. Experience with Agile methodologies.
