Metal Cladding Installer

Location: Surrey Office – St, Surrey, BC V3Z 1A5
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite
Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m
Hourly: $22-$32 (based on experience)
Pay Schedule: Paid weekly, every Friday

Reports To: Cladding Superintendent

What You'll Do 

  • Install various cladding systems, including aluminum panels, ACM, metal siding, metal roofing, insulated panels, zinc, copper, and fiber cement systems.
  • Interpret and follow installation drawings (training provided for entry-level candidates).
  • Work safely at heights and operate mobile elevating work platforms and forklifts (certification and training provided).
  • Use hand and power tools to perform precise and quality installations.
  • Coordinate with team members on-site to maintain project schedules and standards.
  • Travel to various sites across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

What You Bring to the Team

  • 2+ years of experience as a Cladding Installer (required).
  • Knowledge of cladding systems and basic construction practices.
  • Ability to work at heights and handle physical tasks.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites within the region.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable commute or plans to relocate to Surrey, BC.
  • A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.
