Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various products and systems in commercial and residential settings. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills, physical stamina, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. The Installer will work closely with project managers and clients to ensure installations are completed accurately, efficiently, and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install exterior siding systems (Hardie, vinyl, wood, metal, etc.)
- Install rain-screen assemblies and exterior cladding systems
- Read and follow drawings, specifications, and site instructions
- Ensure work complies with BC Building Code and project requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors and team members
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in siding and/or exterior installation
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Physically able to perform construction duties
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
