Position Overview:

We are seeking driven and outgoing Sales Representatives to identify and assist homeowners in need of roof replacements due to storm damage. As a storm chaser/Door knocker, you will generate leads, conduct roof inspections, and guide homeowners through the insurance claim process. This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential for top performers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Canvass neighbourhoods, knock doors, and generate your own leads.
  • Roof Inspections: Assess properties for storm damage and educate homeowners on the insurance process.
  • Sales & Closing Deals: Present roofing solutions, explain company services, and secure contracts.
  • Insurance Process Guidance: Assist homeowners in filing insurance claims and meet with adjusters as needed.
  • Follow-Ups & Customer Service: Maintain communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience preferred (door-to-door, construction, or roofing sales a plus).
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation (truck preferred) and a smartphone.
  • Ability to climb roofs and conduct inspections.

Compensation:

  • 10% commission on self-generated (external) leads
  • 5% commission on company-provided (internal) leads
  • Uncapped earning potential ($100K+ achievable for top performers)
