The Job

Operate and maintain pasteurizers, CIP systems, and RO systems to produce high-quality specialty cheeses. Keep production running smoothly while meeting safety and quality standards. This role is on night shift (approximately midnight - 9am).

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years running Pasteurizer (HTST) in food manufacturing (dairy preferred)
  • CIP system & Reverse Osmosis operation
  • Measuring, mixing, and adjusting ingredients/process controls (pH, temp, sampling)
  • High school diploma (food tech education = bonus)
  • Able to lift, bend, stand long periods
  • Good English & math skills
  • Flexibility to work different machines & shifts

You Will

  • Operate pasteurizers (HTST machines), RO systems, CIP systems
  • Set up, run, and clean equipment to SOP/HACCP/GMP standards
  • Monitor quality and adjust as needed
  • Record production and safety data
  • Work safely and keep your area clean
  • Join team meetings and help improve processes
