Your ImpactAs our Lead Dental Administrator, you will be the operational and people lead of the front desk, ensuring an outstanding patient experience while supporting the clinical team and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do- Lead and support the administrative team, setting expectations and fostering a positive, collaborative environment
- Oversee daily front desk operations including scheduling, patient flow, and communications
- Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and escalations
- Manage billing, insurance submissions, and accounts receivable with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain compliance with privacy, regulatory, and clinic policies
- Collaborate closely with the Practice Manager and clinical team to optimize workflows
- Support onboarding and training of new administrative team members
- Previous experience in a dental administrative or lead/front desk role
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of dental billing, insurance, and scheduling systems
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- A patient-first mindset with a high level of professionalism
- 1-3 years of Dental Experince as Admin or DA
- Supportive and team-oriented work environment
