Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Licensed Electrician located in Mississauga, ON. The Licensed Electrician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment in the facility. Day-to-day tasks include performing installations, preventative maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and ensuring all electrical work meets company and safety standards. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure uninterrupted operations and optimizing equipment performance.

Qualifications

  • Electrical Maintenance and Repair, Troubleshooting, and Installation skills
  • Experience with Preventative Maintenance and diagnosing electrical issues efficiently
  • Understanding of Electrical Safety Standards and following regulatory guidelines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Valid Electrician License (Ontario, Red Seal certification preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant experience in the food manufacturing or industrial sector is an asset
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and handle on-call responsibilities as required
