What You BringHigh school diploma (or equivalent).Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience (painting, drywall, and wallpaper strongly preferred).Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is an asset.Strong working knowledge of tools, equipment, and maintenance techniques.Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.Physical stamina and mobility for an active work environment.Strong understanding of health and safety practices.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Excellent organization skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure.WHMIS training, apprenticeship registration, or trade certifications are considered assets.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.A team player who aligns with Coast's core values and takes pride in accountability and quality workmanship.
