We are seeking a personable and professional individual to join our team as a . Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Provide professional hair styling services tailored to client preferences and current trends
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
- Upsell retail products by recommending suitable items to enhance clients' hair care routines
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out procedures, and answering client inquiries
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering personalized advice
- Assist in maintaining the salon's organized appearance and stock levels of retail products
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in hair styling or cosmetology is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within a salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine client relationships
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Experience in retail sales or front desk operations is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $17.20-$47.77 per hour
