Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Officer to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS systems to support organizational growth and operational efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong project management, HR management, and administrative skills to contribute to a dynamic work environment. The Resource Officer will be responsible for streamlining HR processes, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting employee onboarding and off boarding processes for employees
  • Keeping track of employee attendance/ leaves/ Vacation Pay / OT Etc.
  • HR databases management and Payroll management
  • Organizing and coordinating personnel records including requesting and reviewing documentation
  • Assist with the administration of HR functions (electronic file management, staff facility management)
  • Performing Timesheets hours calculations for payroll and ensuring accurate and timely functioning of the same.
  • MIS Management, Records & File management
  • Monitor organization-wide compliance with policies, procedures and applicable regulations
  • Assisting the HR manager with HR functions as directed
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the HR Manager

Skills

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems including iCIMS or Lever for effective talent sourcing and recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems for accurate data entry and processing.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead change management initiatives successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations and training delivery.
  • Familiarity with human resources management practices including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to handle data collection and administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
