Job Overview

KCC is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Instructor for our Project Management Program. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging instruction, assessing student progress, and contributing to continuous curriculum enhancement. We are looking for someone with both practical experience and a dedication to student success.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Total Hours: 24 hours/week (20 hours teaching + 4 hours preparation & marking)

Delivery Method: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and up-to-date instruction related to Project Management.
  • Evaluate and assess student performance to ensure academic goals are met.
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive, and professional classroom environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to students.
  • Work collaboratively with the Regional Director on curriculum development and student progress.
  • Keep current with industry standards and integrate best practices into teaching.
  • Uphold and model the policies and values of the College.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree or diploma in business, management, or a related field (project management certification, such as PMP, is highly preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in project Management.
  • Prior teaching or training experience is an asset.
