Head Baker – Red Door Provisions (Full-Time)

Red Door Provisions is seeking an experienced Head Baker / Pastry Chef to lead daily bakery operations and support a strong, quality-driven team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on consistency, organization, and thoughtful execution.

Starting wage: $23/hour + tips

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily production and bake schedules
  • Maintain product quality, consistency, and standards
  • Supervise, train, and support bakery staff
  • Create schedules and manage coverage
  • Oversee inventory and ingredient ordering
  • Execute and maintain the pastry menu

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Head Baker, Lead Baker, or Senior Baker
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Comfortable managing people and production simultaneously
  • Calm, reliable, and solutions-oriented
