Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Westminster, BC, for the role of Beauty Advisor. As a Beauty Advisor, you will assist customers in selecting fragrances, provide expert knowledge on products, and deliver exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, maintaining product displays, staying updated on the latest skincare and fragrance trends, and achieving retail sales targets. You will play a vital role in offering tailored recommendations and ensuring a luxurious in-store experience for every customer.

Qualifications

  • Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and foster positive client relationships
  • Experience in Retail Sales, with a focus on achieving sales goals
  • Strong Product Knowledge in fragrance.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for luxury and self-expression
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Previous experience in the beauty or fragrance industry is a plus
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
