Sales Consultant

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The Bridal Gallery is always on the hunt for kind, confident and talented retail professionals to join our team Currently, we are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be an expert on our styles, designs, quality, and service. You will be a guide and confidant for our brides in search of their perfect gown. You will provide exceptional customer experiences to brides and their families, while also supporting the overall operational needs of the store.

Looking to have fun while getting paid, this rewarding job might just be for you.
- Build a rapport with brides and their families by listening and identifying their individual gown criteria—whether they are looking for a romantic ballgown, a form-fitting mermaid gown, or something in-between.
- Share your knowledge and excitement about the latest haute couture trends in bridal—from neckline styles to allusion backs with equal parts elegance and attitude.
- Tell it like it is in the fitting room, giving tactful, honest feedback and guidance to customers on style, trends and fit.
- Be a great team player by doing your part to keep the department “runway ready,” including stocking, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, trunk show preparation and light cleaning.

You are passionate about fashion and have a way of delivery customer service that is simply top-notch. You are a great advisor and team player, and you understand what it takes to help and support everyone so together we succeed as a team. In addition, the following also describes you:

- Fashion-conscious and service-oriented sales associate
- Sales and metric driven: love the idea of writing your own pay-check.
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a self starter with strong solution oriented thought process.

- Keep a calm head when dealing with customer concerns.
