Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Experienced Coating Sales professional, based in Edmonton or Calgary, Alberta with flexibility for some work-from-home options.
The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored product solutions. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, addressing inquiries, managing orders, and providing product training.
Key products and systems include:
* Proprietary Traffic & Pedestrian deck coating systems
* Polyurea & Polyurethane
* Epoxy floor coatings
* Urethane cements
* Epoxy Asphalt
* Anti-corrosion coating
* Poly-fil industrial tire products
Key industries include Oil & Gas, Mining, Industrial & Commercial construction.
The candidate will also be responsible for driving sales growth with meeting or exceeding defined sales targets.
Creating strategies to achieve sales targets, leveraging industry relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to develop strategies and achieve target goals
- Ability to provide Training support to clients and team members on product features and applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships
- Knowledge of protective coatings and related equipment is an advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software to manage client relationships and monitor metrics
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
