Dream Industrial Management Corp. is always looking for the best and brightest to join its thriving community. Dream is currently looking for a Manager, Lease Documentation, based in Laval. This position requires someone who is bilingual in both English and French (written and spoken).

What will you do?
Below are some of the primary responsibilities this role will entail. We can answer each other's questions in person:

• Support leasing team with various duties in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare, draft, and negotiate commercial leases and related documentation.
• Complete all due diligence activities related to requests for landlord's consent to transfer.
• Ensure the compliance of agreements according to federal and provincial laws, as well as departmental organizational policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Communicate and negotiate provisions contained in the various agreements directly with lawyers, tenants, and other third parties.
• Ensuring completed leases and related documents are reviewed for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure effective delivery of lease administration services by collaborating with other departments.
• Preparing routine status updates of lease documentation on outstanding files for internal use and tracking

• You've obtained a university degree in a business, finance or legal studies;
• 5+ years in real estate leasing, lease administration, or legal contracts;
• An assertive self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
• You are proficient with multiple software programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat;
• Experience mentoring support staff.
• This role requires business-professional French and English proficiency.
