to help them scale.

What You'll Do

  • Lead by example
    : Write and review code daily while mentoring early-career developers.
  • Shape the future
    : Guide architecture and technical direction to ensure scalability and quality.
  • Build culture
    : Run team rituals, foster collaboration, and create a high-performing engineering environment.
  • Stay close to impact
    : Work with product teams to turn real-world problems into usable, meaningful software.
  • Champion modern practices
    : Encourage AI-native development, testing discipline, and clean code.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong technical foundation with proven experience shipping software.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring developers.
  • Someone who thrives in a

  • A builder with clarity, calm, and drive, ready to solve problems that matter.
