Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Day job

Work Location: Scarborough, In-Person

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Overtime may be required during weekends and will be compensated.

Ability to Commute/Relocate: Have reliable commute route OR plan to relocate before starting work

Salary Range: $ $19.00 per hour, bi-weekly pay issuance, pay days on Fridays.

Position Overview

We are seeking one dedicated and detail-oriented Return Inspector to join our team. The Return Inspector is responsible for performing detailed quality and functionality inspections on returned electronic devices such as laptops, computers, and related hardware. This role ensures that all products meet company standards and technical specifications before refurbishment, resale, or disposal. The Return Inspector will work closely with the Operations team to identify, document, and address any quality or performance issues found during the inspection process.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of electronic devices, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy in inspection results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality inspections of materials and finished products such as laptops and computers to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Utilize various tools to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
• Collaborate with Operation teams to address quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and ensure proper documentation is completed.

Must Have Qualifications

• In-depth technical knowledge and understanding of electronic devices and hardware.
• Proficient in performing detailed product quality and performance inspection on electronic devices and hardware.
• Understands and can follow Operations SOP.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have Qualifications

• Knowing Mandarin/Cantonese will be advantageous.
• Good understanding of Quality Control (QC) principles and practices.
• Experience in QA/QC processes, including quality management systems.
