WordPress Developer – Booking System Integration

Stewandy Cleaners is a professional cleaning company serving residential and commercial clients in Ontario. We are upgrading our online booking system and need an experienced WordPress developer to integrate our new appointment booking plugin.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled WordPress developer to install, configure, and integrate Booknetic on our existing website ) to replace our current booking systems (SWEPT and Launch27). This is a time-sensitive project with an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and activate the Booknetic plugin on our existing WordPress site
  • Configure company details, services, staff schedules, and working hours
  • Replace existing SWEPT and Launch27 booking forms with Booknetic
  • Test booking functionality, email notifications, and payment settings (if applicable)
  • Ensure smooth transition without breaking the existing website
  • Provide guidance on best practices and minor troubleshooting
  • To Maintain website as well.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with WordPress plugin installation and integration
  • Experience with booking/appointment systems (Booknetic, Launch27, SWEPT, Amelia, Bookly, or similar)
  • Comfortable working with shortcodes and page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
  • Ability to troubleshoot common WordPress issues
  • Strong communication skills and timely responsiveness
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred:

  • Experience configuring Stripe/PayPal payments on WordPress
  • Familiarity with Canadian tax settings (CAD/HST)
