Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Call It Spring team in Burlington, ON. This is a part-time, on-site role that involves assisting customers with their shopping needs, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving individual and store sales goals. Key tasks include managing inventory, keeping the store clean and organized, helping with product displays, and participating in promotional activities while ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Effective communication skills for presenting product information and assisting customers
  • Time management and organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient sales floor
  • Teamwork and collaboration abilities to support fellow team members and contribute to a positive store environment
  • Sales experience or a strong interest in retail and fashion is considered an asset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
