About The Role

Opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join the team at Kinetic IT. As a strategic partner to the business, you will collaborate with Executives and Senior Leaders in shaping, implementing and supporting our People Strategy alongside business objectives. This is an exciting time to be contributing towards the growth and shape of our organisation and people function.

You will lead and support leaders, driving change and continuous improvement, while working with the P&C business unit to ensure we are delivering a seamless, consistent, and valuable people-focused experience to our crew.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Executives and Senior Leaders to drive successful business results.
  • Partner with Executives and Senior Leaders to provide expert HR consulting and support with the objective of building the culture and capability of the organisation to deliver high performance.
  • Align people strategies with business objectives and deliver the people agenda.
  • Manage, mentor and develop an HR Business Partner while fostering a collaborative high performing culture across the P&C team. 
  • Lead people change initiatives in the business unit/s.
  • Analyse internal and external trends and people data to generate actionable insights.
  • Partner with the business to meet current and future talent needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the Centres of Excellence on effective solutions into the business and to deliver a seamless, consistent and value-adding people experience.
  • Identify, recommend and implement HR Policy and process improvements. 

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Experience in HR Business Partnering and driving impactful people strategies that fuel workplace growth, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Complex case management of employee relations and fitness for work cases.
  • Lead and develop HR professionals.
  • Ability to play a key role in shaping strategic transformations that accelerate business success, leveraging data-centric insights to influence decisions.
  • Skilled in driving talent and performance management.
  • Relationship builder with the ability to connect with stakeholders across all levels.
