As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with Project Systems (PS) experience, you will lead finance and project management solutions across implementation, upgrade, and transformation projects. Leveraging deep functional expertise in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA), CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis), and experience in PS (project definition, WBS, budgeting, settlement, reporting), you'll configure, test, and optimize SAP systems to align with client business goals.

You'll collaborate closely with Solution Architects, translating designs into system configurations, managing fit-gap analysis, and ensuring seamless cross-module integration with MM, SD, and PP. This role requires not only strong technical and functional acumen, but also excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills—balancing business insight with technical precision.

• Proven ability to lead workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and drive quality deliverables.
• Skilled in finance transformation, project accounting, and investment management processes.
• Hands-on experience in end-user training, documentation, and change management within global teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the FICO and PS workstream across SAP projects and upgrades.
• Analyze, configure, and test FICO and PS modules based on approved designs.
• Perform fit-gap analysis, propose functional enhancements, and ensure cross-module integration.
• Deliver functional documentation, testing scripts, and end-user training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex FICO/PS issues while acting as a trusted finance advisor.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP FICO experience; 3+ full lifecycle implementations.
• At least 1 project with significant SAP PS scope.
• Strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, and PP.

Preferred

• Bilingual in French and English.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for Finance.
• Experience in multi-country deployments and revenue recognition (with/without PS).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's preferred.
• SAP FI/CO certification
• PS certification
