You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities, solve complex problems, and deliver meaningful change across the organization.

Location: Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid)

Status: Full-Time and Contract opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder meetings and translate them into actionable insights
  • Document critical information from discussions and maintain clear, structured records.
  • Evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Translate business logic into technical requirements and workflows
  • Develop and implement solutions that align with business goals and technical feasibility
  • Analyze data models to support logical and scalable system designs
  • Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Lead and manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and obtain sign-off from stakeholders
  • Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Source-to-Target mappings

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
  • Familiarity with Python is a plus
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and process optimization
