Job Overview

We are a growing signage company specializing in custom indoor and outdoor signage solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to oversee signage projects from initial client approval through production and final installation.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects, coordinating with internal teams and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end signage projects from kickoff to completion
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, designers, vendors, and installation teams
  • Review project scope, drawings, permits, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate design approvals, production schedules, and installation dates
  • Track project progress and resolve issues, delays, or scope changes
  • Ensure compliance with local bylaws, permits, and safety requirements
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports
  • Conduct site visits when required to support installations
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager (signage, construction, or manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Excel, MS Project, Monday, Asana, or similar)
  • Ability to read basic drawings and specifications
  • Valid driver's license (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the signage industry
  • Knowledge of permits, zoning, and signage bylaws
  • PMP or Project Management certification (asset)
  • Experience coordinating installers and subcontractors
