Responsibilities & Expectations

• Perform cleaning tasks with care, precision, and consistency, maintaining high-quality results on every job
• Represent our brand professionally at all times while working in clients' homes and on their properties
• Treat every client's home with respect, responsibility, and attention, as if it were your own
• Follow our established procedures, workflows, and cleaning processes to ensure a consistent client experience
• Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle on-site challenges calmly and effectively
• Work efficiently in high-temperature and physically demanding environments
• Operate safely at all times, following safety protocols and never putting yourself, teammates, clients, or equipment at risk
• Be responsible for the proper use, handling, and care of all equipment, tools, and materials
• Pack up job sites thoroughly and responsibly, ensuring nothing is left behind and all equipment is secured

Requirements

We are looking to hire reliable, capable individuals who take pride in their work and can represent our brand professionally. We aim to hire the best, and the following experience and qualifications are highly valued:

• Fluent English is required; the ability to speak and understand basic to conversational French is a strong asset

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and respectfully with clients

• Experience working in high-pressure or fast-paced environments

• Background in labor-intensive or physically demanding work

• Prior experience in the cleaning industry, especially window cleaning, pressure washing, or exterior services, is a strong asset

• Experience working as part of a team, following instructions, and supporting crew members on the job

• Experience working inside other people's homes or properties, with an understanding of professionalism and care

• Ability to problem-solve on-site and adapt when conditions change

• Experience using ladders, pressure washers, or other professional cleaning equipment (training can be provided depending on role)

• Sales or customer-facing experience is an asset for certain roles

• Valid driver's license required for driving roles

• Access to a personal vehicle is an asset for some positions (not required for all roles)

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability

• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather or high-temperature conditions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.18-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
