About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Auto Glass Sales Representative to join our team for our wholesale and retail store. This role is responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our auto glass repair and replacement services. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and enthusiastic about helping customers find the right solutions for their vehicle needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including individual vehicle owners, insurance agents, dealerships, body shops, and fleet accounts.
- Respond to inbound inquiries (phone, walk-in, online) and convert leads into sales whenever necessary.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls, field visits, and networking.
- Provide accurate quotes and explain service options, product features, warranties, and scheduling details.
- Track sales activities, prepare daily reports, and maintain accurate CRM/lead records.
- Coordinate with technicians and service managers to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance KPIs.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the auto glass/automotive industry preferred (but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
- Comfortable with phone outreach and customer interaction.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
