Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Glass Customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering calls, giving quotes, preparing invoices and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding services performed.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
- Ability to make invoices and book appointments, ability to attract more businiess.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Glass Technician or in a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive glass types, installation techniques, and safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform precise measurements and cuts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
