With 160 legal professionals, our firm serves its clients in over 38 languages.We are seeking a lawyer to join our expanding reputable practice to provide legal advice and representation to clients regarding commercial and corporate litigation matters.If you consider yourself as someone who has passion for law, who would love to be part of a growing team, who doesn't shy away from challenges, we would like to meet you.

You should have experience in:
  • Representing clients in a wide range of business litigation matters, including employment, commercial contract disputes, shareholder disputes, real estate/condo disputes, estate litigation, general civil litigation including small claims court
  • Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies, including case assessment, negotiation, and trial preparation.
  • Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing expert legal advice to clients.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services to meet client objectives seamlessly.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' cases.
  • Appearing in court for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
You should:
  • Be a licensed member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • Have 5+ years of experience corporate and commercial litigation.
  • Have Strong drafting abilities.
  • Have attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
  • Have the ability to work independently.
