As a Projects Manager at Coffrages Synergy, you'll play a key role in delivering major construction projects by ensuring effective coordination of resources, timelines, and communications.
Your mission will be to lead the various phases of projects - from planning to delivery - while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability. You'll be a central point of contact between the construction site, the office, and all stakeholders, actively contributing to performance goals and client satisfaction.

Sounds great, but what does a typical day as a Projects Manager look like?
- Track and document site journals
- Monitor dans update schedules (using MS Project)
- Participate in workforce planning for the site
- Update change directives
- Communicate with various project stakeholders
- Review project contractual documents
- Read plans and specifications
- Ensure communication and documentation flow between the site and the office
- Conduct quality follow-ups and site supervision
- Perform other related tasks
What you'll need :
- Knowledge of the construction industry, especially formwork (an asset)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships
- General health and safety training for construction sites
- Dynamism and leadership

En tant que chargé(e) de projets chez Coffrages Synergy, tu joueras un rôle clé dans la réalisation de projets de construction structurants, en assurant la coordination efficace des ressources, des échéanciers et des communications.
Ta mission consistera à piloter les différentes étapes des projets, de la planification à la livraison, tout en veillant à la qualité, à la sécurité et à la rentabilité. Tu seras un point de contact central entre le chantier, le bureau et les différents intervenants, contribuant activement à l'atteinte des objectifs de performance et à la satisfaction des clients.

C'est bien beau tout ça, mais une journée de travail en tant que chargé(e) de projets, c'est quoi?
- Faire le suivi et documenter les journaux de chantier;
- Faire le suivi et mettre à jour les échéanciers (avec le logiciel MS Project);
- Participer à la planification du besoin de main-d'oeuvre nécessaire au chantier;
- Mettre à jour les directives de changement;
- Communiquer avec les divers intervenants du projets;
- Prendre connaissance des documents contractuels du projet;
- Effectuer la lecture de plan et devis;
- Assurer la communication et le transfert de la documentation entre le chantier et le bureau;
- Faire des suivis de qualité et de la surveillance sur le chantier;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Ce dont tu auras besoin :
- Connaissance du milieu de la construction, plus spécifiquement le coffrage (un atout);
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft - Office;
- Détenir un permis de conduire valide;
- Entregent et facilité à établir de bonnes relations;
- Détenir la formation santé et sécurité générale sur les chantiers de construction (ASP);
- Dynamisme et leadership.
