About the Opportunity

Inner Circle Agency is partnering with a well-capitalized digital asset group to hire a Head of Growth for a next-generation Web3 wallet product . This wallet is designed as a gateway to decentralized finance, enabling users to interact seamlessly across multiple blockchain ecosystems.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full ownership over growth strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is deeply crypto-native and has scaled Web3 products in production environments, particularly within wallets, DeFi, or protocol-driven platforms.

Role Overview

As Head of Growth, you will lead user acquisition, activation, retention, and ecosystem expansion for a Web3 wallet portfolio. You will own growth strategy end to end, from planning and budget allocation to execution, optimization, and partnerships.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and offers high visibility across product, business, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the full growth strategy, with a focus on user acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Plan, deploy, and optimize growth budgets with a strong ROI and performance mindset
  • Design and run growth initiatives aligned with crypto wallet user behavior and on-chain engagement funnels
  • Develop targeted campaigns across DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Layer 1 / Layer 2 ecosystems
  • Build and manage partnerships with Web3 protocols, ecosystem projects, communities, and influencers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging Web3 growth channels
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align growth with the roadmap
  • Hire, lead, and mentor growth team members as the function scales
Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years of hands-on growth or marketing experience within Web3 or crypto
  • Proven experience scaling Web3 products with measurable user and revenue impact
  • Strong background in managing growth budgets and performance marketing in crypto-native environments
  • Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems, user personas, and on-chain and off-chain growth mechanics
  • Execution-focused mindset with comfort operating in fast-moving startup environments
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred

  • Direct experience with crypto wallets, DeFi products, or protocol-led ecosystems
  • Existing network across Web3 projects, partners, and KOLs
