Head of Growth

LessonFly is hiring a Head of Growth to take ownership of growth, customer acquisition and fulfilment.
This role combines hands-on marketing leadership with operational responsibility. You will own paid media, content, funnels, and conversion — while also being accountable for how LessonFly runs overall.
This is a day 1 hire. You'll be responsible for taking ownership of the entire project
Scope of Responsibility
- Own growth strategy and execution across paid media and content
- Manage funnels, landing pages, follow-up, and conversion
- Set messaging, positioning, and offers
- Oversee lead handling, demos, and enrollment flow
- Own customer onboarding, success, and retention
- Coordinate product feedback and prioritize improvements
- Improve systems, processes, and documentation
- Make day-to-day decisions and execute independently
If growth slows, conversion drops, or operations break down, this role owns the fix.
Background That Fits
- Senior marketing experience with direct responsibility for results
- Strong experience with paid media and content-led funnels
- Experience at a marketing agency is a plus
- Comfortable operating across marketing, sales, and ops
- Able to run a business without constant oversight

- A strategy-only marketing role
- A narrow paid media position
- A junior or part-time role
Position Details

- Base salary plus performance bonuses
