This role of our first Hospitality All Rounder/Supervisor to join our Event Team This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your versatile skills across various hospitality functions, ensuring top tier hospitalty standards and smooth Event operations.

The basic information we can tell you know is you'll set up, supervise and probably get promoted via this position as we add new retail, f&B and ticketing options for our guests.

Your integrity is more important than your skill set, you do the right things all the time, shortcuts don't live or breathe in your vocabulary unless to get home.

You can lead, you know the difference between leaders who say and those that do.

You want to learn, you're a sponge. You also have a bit of chip on your shoulder from working in retail/F&B as we all know what we know.

Your communication skills are those of a rock-star, you can articulate your thoughts through thoughtful insightful strategic messaging that has staff motivated and inspired.

You say what you do and do what you say.

But before you move on - this is a fully Weekend Role with the odd shift during the week - potentially via two candidates -yet if you can't work Fri Nights, Saturday and Sunday's from May to NYE - then we need to unfortunately part ways.

What we think you'll do:

• In all honesty, you'll lead the Event Based F&B, Retail and support our Ticketing Deparemnt. You'll be a jack of all trades as they say

Qualifications

• A good person, a kind soul with honest intentions and understands integrity.
• Own Transportation, this is and will be over several locations. If you do your job right you'll be on the move during your shift Sorry, no train for you
• 18+
• Serve Safe (upon hiring) -
• Life experience, matured well rounded in either retail or food & beverage.
• Communication skills of a leader, can articulate both verbal and via type.
• You have real world hospitlaty experince, you've lead teams before - you're not affraid to roll up your sleeves and help when needed.
• You strive under fast paced environments.
• You crave the art of being better each day.
• You've worked a cash register, a POS system and can reconcile a cash/shift out.
• Can research the company, the historic importance and understanding of. (hidden nugget to see if you read this as we'll ask)
• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management within a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment
• Experience in supervising or managing teams within hospitality settings; leadership skills essential
• You've worked retail, you can understand a size curve and how to steam a garment.
• You understand the basic art or merchandising.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and food handling procedures across casual dining or fine dining contexts.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous experience in restaurant management, catering, bar service (including barista or coffee experience), or hotel operations is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to train staff effectively and support their development through coaching and mentoring
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and food production processes
• Understands this is an event based business, shifts are Fri nights, Saturday & Sunday - if you can't commit to these shifts we can't commit to you.
• You can use a broom, shovel, and semi tool inclined as your boss isn't
• Set up, take down - rinse and repeat - you actually understand this point.
