Join our team at Garbonzo's Sports Pub Polo Park as a dedicated and experienced Supervisor. This role requires flexibility, with shifts on weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays. As a Supervisor, you will manage daily operations, lead staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive atmosphere in the pub. Responsibilities:
- Supervises staff activities and productivity at all times.
- Ensures excellent front-of-house service, allocating and supporting staff throughout the shift to maintain exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Smart Choices certification
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated hospitality-focused guest service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with POS systems (Squirrel experience considered an asset)
- Comprehensive beverage knowledge.
